Cancellation Policy
MYOptimal Movement is committed to providing our clients with exceptional care. Therefore, please endeavour to give us 24 hours' notice when rescheduling, to allow other clients the opportunity to benefit from this time.
Failure to notify of cancellation will incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the consultation fee.
Please note: if you are unwell on the day, for the health of our practitioners and our other clients, please contact us to reschedule. Cancellation fees will not be charged for genuine illness.
General Information
I am happy to take phone enquiries but please be aware I may not be able to take your call if I am treating a client. Please leave a message and I will return your call/text as soon as I can. Alternatively please send an email.
New clients will be required to complete a Client Intake Form. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to complete this.
Payment on the day can be made, preferably by credit/debit card. We keep very little cash on premises so if you are paying by cash, we kindly ask that you bring close to or correct money.
We have HICAPS available, so if you have private health insurance with extras cover, please bring your card with you to your appointment.
